In short: how the future is being implemented in Zeitz. \"... The money is to be used to turn the ZEKIWA site into a model project for vibrant, inclusive, and climate-friendly urban renewal that will also generate economic momentum, at least in the long term, for example by developing and testing natural building materials from local resources and bringing them to series production or commercial maturity. ...
