The state of Saxony-Anhalt is committed to making its digital services as accessible and inclusive as possible. The goal is to continuously improve the website’s user-friendliness and to provide everyone with the most unrestricted access possible to the information and features offered—regardless of individual abilities or the technologies used.

Our Approach to Accessibility

When designing and further developing our digital offerings, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These guidelines constitute an internationally recognized standard for the accessible design of digital content.

Even though complete accessibility cannot be guaranteed in all areas at all times, the state of Saxony-Anhalt is continuously working to identify existing barriers, gradually remove them, and implement meaningful improvements.

We view the accessible design of our website as an ongoing process. Therefore, relevant content, features, and technical components are regularly reviewed and, to the extent possible, adapted to new technical developments, applicable standards, and the needs of our users.
