Congratulations! A model project demonstrating sustainability and forward-looking design was honoured on 26 November 2025 with the Architecture Prize of the State of Saxony-Anhalt 2025: the restoration and adaptive reuse of the former slaughterhouse into the Theatre Naumburg in Naumburg (Saale).

Won! Two industrial heritage entries have been awarded equal ranking in the 2025 STADTUMBAU AWARD: one submitted by the Schwemme Association from Halle (Saale) with its project “LEHM-BAU-KULTUR” (clay building culture), the other by the city of Naumburg (Saale) with its project “Vom Schlachthof zum Theater” (from slaughterhouse to theater).

An evening of connections in Brussels! On November 4, around 90 guests accepted the invitation from the State Representation of Saxony-Anhalt to the EU to attend an evening event that brought together Saxony-Anhalt's UNESCO World Heritage sites, the historic Bauhaus Dessau, and the New European Bauhaus.
